GOAL: Identify low competition phrases and keywords with enough search volume to leverage to attract target market to your sales page/s. This phase of research will also identify keywords that will be used in naming the product and may also reveal the need to buy a new domain name to be used solely for the purpose of selling your product online.
PROCESS: Client supplies a seed keyword list of 10-20 words they believe people are using to locate products in that niche. Developer researches each word or phrase individually using a four-step process to identify good keywords and/or keyword phrases for the niche.
Step 1: Research & document search volumes for each of the 10-20 seed words and phrases
Step 2: Select additional relevant words and phrases with adequate search volumes
Step 3: Evaluate resulting short list for competition and commercial viability.
Step 4: Prepare detailed report and coach client on the best ways to use the data.
DELIVERABLE: Written report of results and recommendations and one-on-one coaching to educate client on ways that they need to use this information to drive targeted traffic and dominate search engines for those words and phrases. The coaching session included in the price is limited to 2 hours.
NOTES: A maximum of 20 keywords will be researched during Phase I Keyword Research. Each additional keyword or keyword phrase requested by the client can be researched at an incremental cost of $15 per word or phrase.
No Warranties
Although my former keyword research clients have had success with the results of my research, their niche might be totally different than yours. SEO is reliable but there is no guarantee that your product idea is something that people are currently looking for. It is my opinion that, if this research results in your learning that prior to investing time and expense in setting up a sales page, it will be money well spent.
Consulting Fees:
DESCRIPTION: As an expert in my field, I have gathered a great deal of knowledge about how to create and deliver products and services to a niche market, whether the question is an online of offline venue. This knowledge has value. Offline consultants who are experts in their fields charge anywhere from $125 – $350 per hour. My rates are more reasonable.

DESCRIPTION: Prepare professional on-page sales copy using output of keyword research with a call to action that has potential to compel visitor to either buy or opt-in to your list for continued niche marketing communications. Normally, a minimum of 2 pages are needed:

DESCRIPTION: Prospective buyers may not want to buy your product immediately. Market research indicates that, in most cases, buyers need to see something 7-10 times before they will pull out a credit card.
DELIVERABLE: Prepare and upload 10 email messages for timed delivery to target market. Setup autoresponder and test on sales pages. Email will be written from an educational perspective and include reminders about the product that got prospects to your list in the first place along with a link to the sales page.
